In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions or all of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms (including our "Privacy and Cookie Policy") constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
We may change any or all content on the Site, including, but not limited to, products, programs, and services described on or offered through the Site, without notice and liability.
All materials and content on the Site, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, text, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by or consist of copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property"). The Intellectual Property is governed and protected by European / American and worldwide copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and treaty provisions, privacy and publicity laws, and communications regulations and statutes. The Intellectual Property is owned or controlled by other parties that have licensed us to use the right to use their Intellectual Property or the right to market their products and services (collectively the "Providers").
The Intellectual Property is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions in any material or content on the Site. You may download any Intellectual Property solely for your personal, non-commercial use, consistent with these Terms, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Intellectual Property. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any Intellectual Property in any way (including by e-mail or other electronic means) without our prior written consent or that of the Providers. Modification of any Intellectual Property or use of any Intellectual Property for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights, trademark rights, and other proprietary rights. These Terms prohibit the use of any Intellectual Property on any other site or networked computer environment or maintaining unauthorized links to the Site.
All software, applications, and modules (collectively, "Software") used on the Site are proprietary to or licensed to us by other parties ("Software Providers," together with Providers, the "Providers"). You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, reverse assemble or reverse compile, sell, lease, distribute, rent, assign, transfer, or modify any software on the Site.
European / American laws control the export of products and information. You agree to comply with such restrictions and not to export or re-export the Intellectual Property to countries or persons prohibited under European / American\' export control laws. By using, copying, or downloading any portion of the Intellectual Property, you are representing that you are not in a country where such export is prohibited; that you are not on the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Denial Orders or the U.S. Treasury Department\'s list of Specially Designated Nationals; and that you are not providing access to the Intellectual Property to any person similarly situated.
Sky-tours complies with Andorran and European Ujions legislation guidelines in matters of the protection of data of a personal nature (Andorran Qualified Law 15/2003 of the 18th of December and Andorran Data Protection Agency Regulations of the 9th of June 2010), approving the implementing regulations of the Organic Law and with other legislation in force at any time. It seeks to guarantee the correct usage and handling of users' data. To do this, in each form that collects personal data in the services the user may request from Skytours, the user will be made aware of the existence and their acceptance of the specific conditions for handling their data in each case. Similarly, Skytours at this moment states that it complies with the following Andorran Laws: 12/2013 of the 13th of June, regarding trade; 13/2013 of the 13th of June, on effective competition and consumer protection; and 20/2014 of the 16th of October, regulating e-procurement and operators which carry out their economic activity in digital space. It will always request users' consent to use their e-mail addresses for commercial purposes.
In addition to the above, Skytours is also complying with the GDPR Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
You now represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit the preceding to us. The content you send to us, as between the two of us, whether via e-mail, forms, messages, ideas, and suggestions, becomes our sole Property and is transmitted at your sole risk. We will respond to customer service questions following our "Privacy Policy."
You are strictly prohibited from uploading to the Site any material that contains any virus, worm, "trojan horse," time bomb, or similar contaminating or destructive feature. Violators may be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
We charge you in the currency you have chosen. We currently support 59 different currencies. If your money is not listed, the charge will be done in European Euros (EUR).
Under certain circumstances, customers transacting with payment cards on a cross-border basis may be subject to additional fees levied by your local card issuer. Any query relating to these credit card fees should be taken up with the card issuer.
Most of the tickets offered on our website are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not changeable. However, if the airline allows a full or partial refund, we will assist you in applying for the refund and provide you with a Credit Voucher issued by the airline or, if possible, Skytours. This credit voucher is valid and can be used for future purchases within one calendar year. If Sky-tours issues the coupon, you may use it for any purchase on our website. If the voucher is issued by the airline, you can only use this for a flight with the same airline and for the exact name of the passenger to which the voucher was issued initially.
Our ticketing fees of 65€ per ticket are, at any time, non-refundable, even in an involuntary situation.
Our agents will handle all refunds. Standard voluntary refunds will be charged at a fee of 65€ per ticket unless you have purchased certain Support levels (Premium-Platinum).
For involuntary situations, Sky-tours will charge a standard processing fee of 20€ unless you have purchased certain Support levels (Premium-Platinum).
The refund amounts will be calculated over the base ticket amount; original ticketing fees and other services, such as insurance, will not be refunded. In some cases, the airline might offer a refund in the form of a travel voucher; in this case, Sky-tours will not be able to provide a cash refund to the customers.
We request and suggest all our customers reconfirm their flight schedule 24 hours before their original departure time. The airlines may change or cancel the flight schedule due to security reasons; sky-tours.com does not have control over the flight operations and will not be responsible for any loss that may occur by the action of the airlines.
Some airlines do not offer a refund when the change is up to 90 mins; all significant changes beyond 90 mins are subject to the passenger's acceptance and may be rejected to claim a refund of the affected flight(s).
In case you have more than one airline involved in your itinerary, different airlines may not take responsibility for the cancellation/changes done by another carrier even if the total journey is booked together or the connection is affected; general fare rules of the non-affected carrier may apply.
Sky-tours.com, as your booking agency, must follow the airline's rules and will not be responsible for the cost applied by the other carrier in this situation.
To fly, you must provide the required official documents (passport, identity card, visa, etc.). In addition to your passport, some countries require a visa for arrival and transfer.
The specific administrative authorities will notify you of the formalities you need for a trouble-free stay (passport, visa, and vaccines). It is your responsibility to comply with these formalities. You cannot request a reimbursement if you are denied boarding because you have not presented the required documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.). It is the passenger's responsibility to have the necessary documents for traveling.
All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger's responsibility to check flight times and reconfirm reservations within 72 hours of departure with the airline. Sky-tours will not be responsible for any missed flights due to schedule changes by the airlines. If any schedule change has occurred to your flights, you might be asked by the airline to contact our 24/365 support center for assistance; in this case, please get in touch with us, and we will help you through the rebooking or refund.
We signed up with a third-party protection service to enforce your right to compensation. Should a flight be delayed or canceled, AirHelp will alert you, offer to represent you, and claim compensation from the airline(s).

No. 1926223, B.R. No. 61625023-000) which may contact You with the offer for its services related to the Enforcement Services.
In case You do not want to be provided with Our Enforcement Services, please inform us, and we will cease their provision. In case we do not receive your notice disagreeing with its provision within 30 days of the occurrence of the situation entitling You to the Claim, We understand that you wish us to provide you with these services and consequently will start the Claim recovery against the Selected Carrier (s).
The fare is not guaranteed until ticketed. To ensure the authenticity of the payment mode used, we take some verification measures to avoid fraudulent activity on our website. The airlines have all the rights to sell their tickets globally, which may sometimes result in the fare being sold out during this verification procedure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Principality of Andorra and the Regulations of the European Union without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising from or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the Courts of Andorra. You, at this moment, agree to consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts to prosecute any such action.
